Whether you're looking for a fitness session in the pool, or want to work up a sweat in one of our fitness studios, we've got the classes for you. Our fitness classes are open to people aged 14 and over and cover a wide range of levels of ability (young people aged 14 to 15 years old are unable to participate in classes which involve weight lifting).
Our classes have a Red, Amber, Green rating for intensity -
- RED - High intensity for people who want a hard workout
- AMBER - Medium intensity for people who want a harder workout but may not be ready for the high intensity classes.
- GREEN - Lower intensity for people wanting a good workout, but may be returning to fitness, have injuries or limitations, or need more gentle exercise levels.
