Healthy Holidays Easter
Hull Culture and Leisure are proud to work with Hull City Council and its partners on the Healthy Holidays Easter programme for 2025. Funded by Hull City Council and the Department of Education as part of the Holiday Activities and Food programme, Healthy Holidays Easter 2025 offers a range of different free and low-cost activities for young people and families across the Easter holidays. Below you'll be able to find our Healthy Holidays sessions.
Places on our booked sessions are limited so make sure to follow the links and book soon! Please make sure to mention any allergies or dietary requirements in your booking as a free packed lunch is provided on all our booked courses.
Free Junior Swimming
Our free junior swimming sessions are back this Easter. No booking needed, just turn up during the session, check in with our receptionists and enjoy your swim. These sessions can be busy, so we recommend arriving before the session start time.

Please note that all children aged under 8 years must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please ensure you visit our swimming safety page to check the adult to child pool ratios for our swimming pools before you visit.
Free Football Mini Camps
Work on your football skills this Easter Holiday with Active Through Football. These fun, fast paced sessions are open to Hull Children aged between 7 and 12. To book please click here.

Free Seasonal Craft Sessions
Spring Into Life
Highlighting the wonder and importance of insects and flowers.
Children will be given chance to make seed bombs to plant in their garden and create their own, very simple, bug hotel, exploring the site to find appropriate minibeast materials.
Children will also be able to create their own minibeast and spring flower ID booklet, to help keep an eye on their creations. Click on the session to book.

An Egg-cellent Adventure
The Easter bunny has had a mix-up and taken some eggs from mother birds by accident- She needs help to know which egg goes with which bird.
Children will design an Easter basket and are then go on an egg hunt, being given time to explore the site and find the missing eggs- matching them to the correct birds.
