Entry to the Hull Ice Arena is via the ramped access at main entrance.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Notify the booking office at the time of booking.
Changing facilities
Baby changing facilities are available in our disabled toilets.
Parking
Parking at the Hull Ice Arena is a Pay and Display long term car park. Up to 70 spaces available for parking. This may be restricted for some events.
Note that the pay and display is cash only and does not take card.
Parking prices Monday to Saturday 8am to 9pm, Sundays free parking -
- up to 2 hours - £1.80
- up to 3 hours - £2.70
- up to 4 hours - £3.60
- up to 5 hours - £4.50
- all day - £6.60
Blue badge parking is free of charge and there are 6 disabled parking bays and 3 coach bays. An external cycle park is also available.

Hockey is a fast game, and the puck can move quickly. For everyone's safety, we encourage all attendees to stay alert and keep their eyes on the puck during play. This helps ensure you can enjoy the game while staying aware of potential risks.
