Woodford Leisure Centre was substantially upgraded in 2018 and includes the following -
- a state of the art immersive virtual fitness studio
- upgraded fitness suite with cardio and resistance machines plus functional fitness and free weights areas
- a family changing village to compliment our existing dry side and pool side changing facilities
- new disabled changing places
- new 6 lane swimming pool and teaching pool with poolpod disability access
- 4 refurbished squash courts
