Customer Notice (07/11/2024) -
Dear Customers, please note that the hoist and bed in the disabled changing room near reception are currently out of service. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, an alternative changing room is available. Please note, during busy times for disability swim sessions, wait times are expected to be longer.

Parking
There is ample on-site parking for cars and motorcycles. A cycle park is available in front of the entrance.
Disability Access
Disabled car parking bays are located at the front of the car park. These bays are specifically for disabled users only and a blue badge must be displayed at all times when using these bays.
The entrance at the front of the building is flat and designed for full wheelchair accessibility.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Notify us prior to arrival, where possible. A dog drinking station is available on request.
Changing facilities
We have poolside and gym/sports hall changing facilities available to the public. Woodford Leisure Centre also has a Changing Places disabled changing and toilet facility which is available to use for any disabled member.
Refreshments
The Woodford Cafe is now open.
