Live It Fitness terms and conditions
- members will need to produce their Live It Fitness membership card on each visit to our facilities
- we reserve the right to amend the rules at any time. This can include the membership fee payable, the opening and closing times and the facilities available. The premises may be closed for maintenance or repair or any other circumstance when the management deems it necessary
- if you under 16 years old and wish to use the gym, you must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or over in all sessions other than the supervised gym sessions
- we have swimming participation ratios for adults and children. Ensure that you are aware of the child to adult ratios in our pools
- wear suitable and appropriate footwear, exercise clothing and swimwear, including for the sauna and steam facilities, in all appropriate areas. Customers not wearing suitable or appropriate footwear, clothing or swimwear will be asked to change or leave the facility
- cigarettes, alcohol, vapes, illegal drugs and glass containers are not permitted on the premises
- report any breakage of equipment immediately
- observe rules and guidance information on the use of all facilities at all times
- we cannot accept responsibility for any service or equipment that is unavailable due to breakdown or fault
- we are not responsible for the loss or damage to customers' personal belongings. Lockers should be used where provided
- all customers using the gym need to observe the safety brief or, if a new member, undertake a gym induction. If advised by our instructors, it is the customer's responsibility to seek the approval or advice of their GP before starting any exercise programme
- fraudulent use of any membership or concession card will result in the removal of the card from the customer. It might result in taking action against the customer for the recovery of any outstanding monies
Leisure centre admission policy
Hull Culture and Leisure strive to ensure that our leisure, sport and pool facilities are a safe and welcoming environment for all. We ask our customers to behave in an appropriate manner whilst on site and around other customers and members of staff.

Parking at our leisure facilities and parks
All customers and visitors are reminded to be considerate of others when parking at our leisure facilities and our parks.
Refrain from parking on the following areas -
- grass verges
- paths
- no parking zones
- marked bays. These are restricted for disabled users, emergency vehicles, coaches or other specific vehicle use
Ensure that you only use a disabled parking bay if you have a blue badge displayed.
Our car parks are monitored by Hull City Council traffic enforcement officers and our staff regularly inspect our car parks.
