Junior gym sessions are available across all of our gyms for young people aged 11+ to access the fitness suites under supervision of qualified Health and Fitness instructors.
In addition, we offer family gym session times when young parents aged 11+ can use our fitness suites under the supervision of an adult family member.

Price
- Junior Non Members - £4.50 per session. You will require a pay as you go membership card to access
- Adult Non Members - £7 per session. You will require a pay as you go membership card to access
- Members - FREE as part of your Live It Junior Fitness Membership
Important Notes
- junior sessions cannot be booked online, they can only be booked over the phone or at reception. Booking for members will be in line with regular bookings
- up to 7 days in advance for members
- up to 6 days in advance for non-members
- spaces are limited due to gym capacity
- juniors will be asked to wear a wristband when attending the gym so that staff can easily identify junior users
- juniors must complete an induction prior to beginning Junior Gym sessions. Contact the Leisure Centre you intend to train at to confirm Junior induction days and times. Junior inductions cost £4
- the use of free weights is not permitted by young people aged 11 to 15 year old across all of our fitness suites. Correct gym etiquette must be followed (check with the Health and Fitness Instructors at the site for further information on this) and young people using our fitness suites must complete an induction
- Family gym sessions ratio: 2 juniors per 1 adult only during the session
